How it works
Four steps, in the order they happen.
Book with a fixed price
Say where from, where to and when. The price appears before you give us anything else. A trip without a fixed fare gets one from a person, on WhatsApp. Either way, your booking is confirmed the moment you pay.
Meet your driver first
The day before, we send your driver’s first name and vehicle on WhatsApp. You will know who is coming for you.
If you are flying in, we track the flight
Your driver is timed to your actual landing, not the scheduled one. If you are late, they wait, and waiting is free for up to 60 minutes.
Your driver finds you
At the airport, walk out of arrivals and look for the Papaya board with your name on it. Anywhere else, your driver is at your address at the time you booked and messages you from outside.
If something changes
A late flight changes nothing for you. We see the new arrival time and your driver adjusts.
If the airline cancels or diverts your flight, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know. We move your booking to the new flight for free, or cancel it and refund you in full, whichever you want. WhatsApp is on every page and on your trip page.
