What you get
Bookings, paid before the trip
The traveller pays by card when they book. You never chase a fare or carry a no-show.
The job in ShuttleSync
Each booking lands in your ShuttleSync account with the pickup, the flight and the traveller’s WhatsApp number. Your driver assignment goes back to the traveller from there.
Your rating as your own
Once you are listed, your Google rating is shown as yours, never pooled with anyone else’s.
A statement per settlement
Every trip on one statement, at the rate agreed with you, paid on schedule.
What we ask
- An operating licence for the vehicles you put on the platform, and passenger liability insurance in force.
- Drivers with a professional driving permit.
- A Google Business Profile, so travellers can see your reviews as yours.
- A ShuttleSync account, which we set up with you if you do not have one.
- Fixed rates per vehicle class between the places you serve, agreed once and honoured on public holidays and in December.
